Sleeping up to five people, it has a fully equipped luxury kitchen with separate dining area. The first floor bedroom has a kingsize bed and a balcony. The ground floor bedroom is a twin or kingsize room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and flatscreen TV. There is a separate room with a single bed for use by a child/teenager.

The apartment has its own private parking space and a large private patio.
