BOOKING CONDITIONS

Any bookings made more than six weeks in advance, require a 25% deposit. Bookings made less than six weeks in advance require full payment.
BALANCE OF PAYMENTS

Once you have received confirmation of booking, the balance is due six weeks before commencement of holiday.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

The property may not be entered until 1400 hours (2pm) on the day of tenancy, and must be vacated by 1000 (10am) on the day of departure.
PETS

Pets are not permitted except at the management's discretion.
CANCELLATION

Cancellation can be advised by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing within 5 days. In the event of cancellation, the full charge will still become due on the appropriate day. However, we will try our hardest to re-book the holiday and if successful will only charge a £25 administration cost.
METHOD OF PAYMENT

By cheque, made payable to Tregowan.
NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY

If due to circumstances beyond our control the property is unavailable because of fire, flooding etc., all monies will be refunded and we will not be under any further liability to the hirer.
ALL TENANTS AGREE
- To pay for any breakages or damage.
- Not to cause any nuisance to neighbours.
- To allow the owner reasonable access to the property.
- Not to do anything to void any insurance policy on the property.
- To leave the property in the condition in which you found it on entry. If this is not the case he/she will be liable for extra cleaning costs/hire of the property for the period until it is available and for any loss or damage.
- £50.00 (fifty pounds) damage deposit will be returned, less any deductions, within seven days of departure.
ELIGIBILITY

All persons booking a property must be over the age of 21 years. All male or female parties booking a property in excess of 3 persons will not be accepted.
EXTRA PERSONS

Under no circumstances may more than the number of persons indicated on the booking form occupy the flat.
